Can you eat only 6 teaspoons of sugar a day?  “Added sugar is hidden in all kinds of processed foods.” says LA Times. “The Harvard School of Public Health says a typical American eats and drinks 22 teaspoons’ worth of added sugar each day. That adds up to 350 calories, according to this helpful fact sheet.”

Did you know ketchup has about one teaspoon of sugar per tablespoon?  Sugar is bad for you in so many ways, but obviously it’s hard on your teeth.  Can you cut back?  Take the WHO challenge.
