"I arrived 30 min early to fill out forms in which everyone at the office was extremely nice. My appointment was at 12 and I was taken to the back by 12:02. I was extremely nervous getting my teeth cleaned since I had not been to a dentist in 6 years. The poor techinician that cleaned my teeth was extremely nice and not critical at all.
All in all it was great experience and I will definitely be going back."

"I usually do not like going to the dentist this is no secret, I have made this known. However I must say that I enjoyed my visit from the minute I arrived at the front desk to the actual dental experience. The front desk staff truly helped me forget that this was the dentist. I enjoyed talking with them so much that I was disappointed when it was time to go into the dental exam room. To top it off I did not feel a thing, except the initial needle stick (only slightly). I really have no complaints at all. Thanks for helping me maintain my smile.:)"

"Everyone was pleasant and informative. When some children came in for cleaning I could here the conversations in the background. The staff was asking them questions about their summer activities and the approaching school year. Their conversations were fun, and the kids were constantly involved and informed of the procedures being done. The work I had done took a couple of hours, but the time passed quickly, and I was never kept waiting for the next step in the process."

And I appreciated the way the dental hygenist worked me in with Dr. Thomas between my cleaning to have him look at my teeth. In this way there was no time wasted waiting. I was very satisfied with my visit.

I understand you may have issues with other patients, but I have never ever missed an appt and have to pay the price of others.... "I did not know what to expect when I entered your office. I am a new patient so I did not know how things were ran there. I was delighted to find the staff to be very friendly and I felt so comfortable there. That's very important, especially when you are already nervous just because you are at the dentist. "Had a great first visit with Dr. Thomas! I had to switch from my long-time dentist for insurance reasons. I had no idea where to go but I drove past Dr. Thomas' office and was excited to see a sign posted that they accept Delta Dental so I figured that was my cue to give him a call. I'm glad I did! The entire staff was wonderful and I am looking forward to future visits. I even referred a friend and she was amazed when she called and got an appointment so quickly. She's actually on her way to the visit now. So thanks for being convenient, thorough and just all-around awesome!"

"We love it there as we have been coming for a few years and used to see Dr Thomas and some staff in Greenwood. Today, my daughter said, "I love this dentist office" as we walked to the car. I was about 20 minutes early. Denice inquired about the antibiotic for my leaking heart valve which I had not taken. She gave me the medication and then made me wait for about 15 minutes after taking it before beginning treatment."

"Addison's first dental appt could not have gone any better. Denise was wonderful with letting Addison look at and watch all that she was doing while she was working on me. I could tell Addison was comfortable because she was very chatty with Denise. Addison was also comfortable with Dr. Thomas when he came in to check her.
At my previous check up (in Nov or Dec), I brought Addison with me so that she could get an idea of what a typical visit is like. Kim Skeens was great that day, as well, letting Addison see what all she was doing, and even letting Addison hop in the chair for a peek at her teeth.

"Just a little bit over board on the reminders leading up to the appointment. I got 3 phone calls, 2 emails, and a text message reminding me. While I do appreciate a reminder and the connectivity, I found it a little bit much. One email like a week or two out and another the day before would have been perfect. No need for phone calls or texts."

"Since I have been a patient of your practice I have always been well pleased with the treatment and the friendly atmosphere that your staff generates. The fact that your wife cared enough to know who was the next appointment and then greeted me by name and seemed familiar with my background - was exceptional. Keep doing it. It's great!
Denise was exceptionally professional and very pleasant and seemed genuinely interested in who "I" was. Her services were done with such detail and care that it was pleasant to have her poke around in my mouth.

"I had chipped a tooth in the morning,and Dr.Thomas saw me the same day! Each dental visit I am treated the same way; the staff is warm, friendly, and professional. I will never "love" dentist visits, but I am very happy with Dr.Thomas and his staff!!!"

"I have visited Dr. Thomas's office on two occassions. I switched from my previous dentist because my office relocated and I needed to find a closer dentist so I would not be away from work very long. I really appreciate being able to be seated so close to my scheduled appointment time. Everyone is very friendly and personable and attentive to my needs. I especially enjoy watching the birds outside the windows. Oh, and thanks for the bite rest for my special situation! See you soon!"

"Everything was really great. This was my second time coming by, and first time was just for cleaning and second time for some drilling. I had a great experience and everything went really great. My girlfriend and her mom (norma buhling and grit buhling) has been going there for a while and I was recommented by them to go see you guys.
